Absolutely wonderful! My son always uses bbq sauce, sweet & sour sauce or steak sauce on EVERY piece of meat that he eats, on this one, he only used the juice from the meat as the "sauce". I also used the leftover marinade as seasoning to cook some fried potatoes and onions, and it was wonderful. I will definitely make this again.

OK...I changed a few things....4 cloves garlic instead of 3, about ONE FOURTH cup soy sause and ONE FOURTH cup worcestshire, about 5 dashes of McCormick Montreal Steak Grill Mates seasoning mixed with the vegetable oil and black pepper. I LEFT OUT THE KETCHUP AND THE OREGANO!!!!! I marinated a London Broil for about 5 hours and MAN OH MAN! IT WAS SSSOOOOOOOOO GREAT! You have GOT to try it this way!

This is so fabulous I had to pass along the recipe to the girls at work and they all agree it's the best marinade they've ever had. My Mom, who isn't a big beef eater, couldn't get enough! Thanks so much for posting a terrific recipe. (I do substitute 12 low-salt soy sauce 12 worcestshire to cut down on the salt)

I made this as written, but added 1t of meat tenderizer to the marinade. My husband enjoyed this enough to eat leftovers... twice!! Simple to prepare and tasty.

Very good! Only difference we made were to use low-sodium soy sauce to cut out some salt.

This was a good marinade and it smelled fabulous. I'd like to try it on a different cut of meat, however, as I'm not a big fan of this particular cut.

I was extrememly impressed with this marinade. I used top round and overcooked the meat, however, it still wasn't bad. I poured the extra marinade over so the meat didn't taste as dry. I will definitely use again, hopefully I won't overcook the meat!

I used 1/2 a tsp of ground black pepper & substituted 1 tsp onion powder for the oregano. The ingredients are almost the same as London Broil II which also adds salt. This version has more liquid.

Very tasty. I thought about making this about 3:30 one afternoon so didn't have the time to marinate it overnight. I'm sure that'd make it even better, but since I didn't have the time, I sprinkled the meat with about 2 tablespoons of meat tenderizer and popped it along with the marinade (adding a few tablespoons of balsamic vinegar) into a ziploc bag for about 3 hours. We ran out of propane, so cooked it in the grill pan on the stove, basting it with the marinade. Loved it.

This marinade was really excellent! I was only able to marinate for 2 hours, not overnight like the recipe called for and even then the london broil was delish! My husband loved it, I will be using this recipe again!

This marinade was absolutly delicious. I didn't marinate overnight, just for 3 hours and it came out great.

I thought this was great...the marinade was so flavorful and did a great job tenderizing a real tough peice of meat (I used a 2.5 lb. shoulder steak that was on sale, I normally use top round). I marinated it for a full 24 hours. The bad news is, my husband prefers the usual store bought commercially prepared teriyaki-style marinade! Next time (and there WILL be a next time!)...I will use a better cut of meat (the shoulder steak was a little fatty), maybe that will bring him around!
