Once I got to the rue-making part, it got a little tricky. It only took about 2 minutes for the flour/butter mixture to be done and then I had to add extra milk because it was just a big plastey blob. I think the Panko could probably use some butter too since it didn't brown for me.
Otherwise, it was fantastic!!!
