Submitted by: Trish Wiltshire

Scallops are baked into individual packages with Gouda cheese and served with a creamy lobster sauce. This is a very rich dish, a little goes a long way! Served as a side dish or an entree, this is my favorite recipe and always gets rave reviews.

This is just like you would get at a Cantonese Chinese restaurant. There is no lobster in the sauce. Medium to large shrimp can be used. It is great served over white rice.

Chicken and Cold Noodles with Spicy Sauce

Chinese egg noodles cooked in fresh chicken broth are chilled and topped with shredded chicken and an exotically spicy blend of sesame oil, sesame paste, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, peanut oil and minced garlic. Add a touch of chili oil if you dare!

I learned this style of cooking from my mother in law. This recipe will work with crawfish or shrimp. You can add as many lobster as you want, but cook no more that 2 at a time.

A taste of the islands! The spices and sweet-tart sauce are a wonderful combination, and just the way to start the summer grilling season. Great with freshly steamed green beans.

You won't have to fish for compliments with this tasty recipe developed by Country Woman's Test Kitchen. Poaching is a quick and healthy way to prepare an entree as delicate as fish, keeping it moist and tender while cooking. And the flavorful spinach sauce adds a pretty green accent to the pink salmon.

Steaks With Roquefort Sauce

Submitted by: CASSUNFIRE
This recipe came to me when I was doing a Spanish themed party for a Hemingway book. Everyone LOVED the sauce so much I try to make it all the time. However, if you don't like bleu cheese, I wouldn't try it. I also substitute whiskey for the brandy, or any liquor that isn't sweet.

Polish Sausage with Red Cabbage

Truly satisfying kielbasa with cabbage, simmered in a thickened red wine and lemon sauce. Beef broth may be substituted for the red wine.
