Ingredients

  • 1/2 (16 ounce) package spaghetti, uncooked
  • 1 (1 pound) package Hillshire Farm® Lite Smoked Sausage (or any lite variety Hillshire Farm sausage), sliced
  • Dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon basil leaves
  • 2 teaspoons chicken-flavor instant bouillon
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 small zucchini, cut into julienne strips
  • 1 small red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion, cut into wedges

Directions

  1. Prepare spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
  2. In medium skillet, heat oil. Add Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage and remaining ingredients, except spaghetti. Stir-fry until sausage is browned and vegetables are tender. Add spaghetti; toss to coat. Heat through.
  3. Arrange on warm serving platter. Garnish as desired. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
