This recipe was good and easy to make, but I would definitely only use maybe 2 carrots next time... this was VERY carroty. It also needed a lot of doctoring up with spices. I will definitely be making this again!
This is very bland. I would omit at least half of the carrots and toss in some roasted red peppers ad maybe some bacon or presciutto. Needs more moisture to, double the tomatos. Add beef broth in place of the water.
I made this recipe as is and my boyfriend and I thought it was wonderful. You really felt healthier eating this as opposed to a rich bolognese. And I served it with whole wheat linguine...super healthy!
Very good. I added beef stock in place of water and i didn't have basil so i used italian seasoning, parsley, and thyme. I also put in half of what the recipes said for carrots. and i added roasted red pepper. turned out very good
very quick simple and the kids love it!
