I tend to make minor changes to just about every recipe. For this one I find the biggest difference is in the sausage. I'm used Hot Italian, Mild Italian, Donair, Basil/Tomato. I like the hotter Italian ones.
6 sausages, not 4. I red, 1 Green, 1 Other pepper. 2 cloves of garlic and a tiny bit of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The kids love it, my wife loves it, I love it.
