Ohhhhhh, yeaaaaah - now this is what I like. Still delicious even tho' I used Shirataki (fake) low-carb, low cal pasta - after all, a 50-something woman has to do what a 50-something woman has to do to watch her backside. I diced rather than shredded the mozzarella so I could have little pockets of gooey melted cheese. So good I could have skipped the Veal Marsala and green beans I served with it.

would be better with a chopped pepper added maybe pepperoncini or jalapeno

I got online to get this recipe, then when I went to cook my pasta, I found the same exact recipe on the back of the box. For pasta it was really good. Will definately make again, though I will try to work with it some, to add more flavor.The sauce was excellent (I added a little bit of heavy cream to it.), but when I added the pasta it lost alot of the potency, so it tasted pretty bland. My husband liked it better than I did which is why I rated it a 4.

this was pretty great! i didn't have any fresh basil, so i used the equivalant amount of dried. it was still pretty awesome. i can't wait to try it with the fresh stuff.
