This lasagna was really good. I liked the cottage cheese way better than the ricotta and it didnt even taste like cottage cheese, no one knew the difference. The only thing that i would mention is that i think it needed more sauce. so next time i will make more sauce, other that that fantastic! and im still giving it five starts because i couldnt stop eating and thinking about it.

EXCELLENT AS WRITTEN!! I used Barilla no-boil noodles (noodles fit an 8x8 pan), doubled the recipe & made 4 - 8x8 pans (we ate one that night & froze the rest).

This recipe was just O.K. It was really bland. I added some hot sauce as I was eating it, that seemed help. I won't be making this again.

I have always been TERRIBLE at lasagna! This was great! I made it for a dinner party and everyone was amazed. I added fresh basil and spinach from my garden into the layers. This is a great easy and affordable meal...thank you!

I love this. I used ricotta cheese. It was so good. The ony thing i change would be not cooking the full time they said. The cheese was little crispy. I added tasbco sauce and chili pepper.

This was the first time making lasagna and my family loved this meal. I added a light salad and garlic bread. Everyone was stuffed and happy.

All I have to say is YUM! I made this exactly as written. Lasagna sounds so scary to make, but this was way easy. I used no-boil noodles, too. Next time I would add a bit more cheese (I'm a cheese lover) but really I have no complaints at all. When I smelled the sauce after it simmered, I panicked because it smelled so strongly of oregano, but I trusted the reviews and went on. I'm happy I did, and will totally make this a regular thing.

I was excited about this recipe because I love lasagna, but it was a little too tangy for our family. I am not a picky eater! :) My house did smell wonderful while the sauce was simmering.

Easy to follow and a great base recipe for lasagne. I don't care much for ricotta cheese and thought the cottage cheese was great. My husband is a BIG lasagne lover and said he would have preferred the ricotta. Either way, I encourage people to give the cottage cheese a try. Thanks for the great recipe!

This lasagna was fantastic! I switched cottage cheese for Ricotta, and used about 3/4 lb hamburger and 1/4 pound spicy Italian sausage. It was fantastic and my fiance and father raved about it!
