Lovely sorbet. I don't have an ice cream machine, so followed the instructions up to then, then froze in a covered container until solid. I then scooped it out, blended and re-froze it to solid again. Wonderful. Little ice-y, but that's my fault, I'm sure. This is SO wonderful.

I loved it, too, Megan! I love honeydew and I love lime, so it *had* to be good, right?! I made it just as written, without adding the food coloring. I was a bit reluctant to add all that lime juice plus the zest, thinking it may be a little on the too tangy side, but I was wrong. It was refreshing and light and the flavors blended like they were made for each other. This one goes in my sorbet recipe rotation to be made again and again, whenever honeydews are available. This sounded really weird, but I wanted to make my husband some sorbet- and I happen to have these ingredients in the house, it turned out really yummy! Totally unexpected because the flavors sound strange together, but he loved it!!
