I'll definitely be making this again! It reminds me of church potlucks from when I was a kid. ^_^... My husband thinks it's amazing as well. *YUM!*

This was very refreshing and delicious. I omitted the pineapple because I wanted to be sure it would hold in a mold, which it did. Thanks!

My son loves the salad, and I think that the crunchy nuts add so much to the texture.
