I liked this pretty well. I'm not too crazy about eggs, so I wanted something to jazz them up. I used whole eggs and didn't use reduced fat anything. I love the green onions!!

I used whole eggs and left out the food coloring. I didn't care for this at all. The sour cream left a weird taste or something and it reminded me of mayo (which I don't like either). I'd have liked this fine without the sour cream. It just left a strange aftertaste I didn't like.

I made this today (- the onions) and it was so delicious! I highly recommend it. The sour cream gives it an amazing flavor.

This is the best scrambled egg recipe I have found so far. I used fat free cheese and sour cream and the flavor turned out great. I also used yellow onion instead of green onion.

good recipe. I've always found scrambled eggs are made lighter by using a wooden spoon instead of a plastic spatula to turn and fluff the eggs.

This was excellent...used fat free sour cream and a reduced fat 3-blend of cheeses from Trader Joes, axed the green onions and coloring and it was perfect!

No reduced fat cheese for my family. However, the recipe is excellent whether you use reduced fat versions or not. My family has enjoyed eggs made this way for years.

I took all of the "lightly" out of it and it was great! I used the whole egg, 2%milk, regular sour cream and a mixture of cheeses...I would assure you either way would be a wonderful treat to start your day!
