Very good! Took a little longer to back, but turns out very fluffy!

I use this as a base and add whatever vegetables I have on hand in frozen bags. I just steam them up a bit and use in place of the spinach. Yummy! One of our favorites!

Wonderful recipe. I heeded everyone's advise on this one and it's fabulous! I've had friends say it is the best quiche they have ever had.

I loved this recipe! My Husband who turns his nose up at Quiche had 2 Large helpings and then asked when could I make it again. I added mushrooms to the quich at the last minute and more shredded cheese on top. I easily doubled the recipe and froze the extra quiche for lunches at work and they reheated up great in the microwave.

Good, but wasn't really wowed. I eye-balled the spinach and only got one quiche, unlike many reviewers who were able to create two. I also added an additional egg and did not include the onions. Might make again.

Very much enjoyed the 2 quiches this recipe made. I had a little difficulty in layering the thawed chopped spinach. Maybe there's an alternative to using it from a box. But held together very well, tasted delicious and even had one to send home to my Sister-in-Law (which they loved for Breakfast the next morning)

my boyfriend and i loved this recipe. i took rockkitten's advice left in her comment on this page to use plain yogurt instead of mayo and adding some feta with the cheddar for texture (i used 3/4 cup cheddar and 1/4 feta). good suggestions, it came out great! i also included red bell pepper and crimini mushrooms and as a finishing touch placed a sprig of rosemary in the center. bon appetit!

Didn't really like this. It had about 2-3 times the spinach it needed and not enough egg.

Wow. The best quiche ever. Very simple too. I substituted some feta cheese for part of the cheddar and it added some extra zing. I will definitely make this one again.

This had a great taste and consitence. I added minced garlic, sea salt, some sliced ham, for the cheese I used half mozzarella and half shredded blend of cheddar with monteray jack along with parmesan cheese and a little basil. I placed bread crumbs on the top. I will definetley make this again.

A great quiche. I overslept and was able to whip it up in 10 minutes! I used an extra egg and the filling was overflowing out of the pie crust. My reason for giving 4 stars is that is wasn't as fluffy as the some of the quiche I've had at restaurants.

SOOO good and easy. I've never made quiche before, and this was very flavorful, light and absolutely delicious. I did cut back on the spinach to about 3/4 a pack, and cooked it with some onion. Perfect!

used a Sweet Maui onion, some garlic a bit less mayo and one more egg than the recipe called for. This was outstanding.
