This was excellent, my first time making a jelly roll type confection and it came out beautifully! I would recommend cutting down on the powdered sugar a little in the filling...it seemed "off" or a little too sweet or something. I added just a couple more spices to the pumpkin roll to bring out more flavor, including fresh grated nutmeg. yum!

Holy cow! I had no idea I liked pumpkin until I tasted this! I was a little disapointed in myself because I was in a hurry and rolled the cream cheese mixture into it before it was completely cooled. Almost all the "melted" cream cheese seeped out of it and I didn't get the pretty white swirls in the center. But heck it tasted amazing anyways! I'm glad I practiced before Thanksgiving; now I know to let it cool first! Awesome recipe!

Very easy to make, delicious and very pretty when dusted with powdered sugar. I used the walnuts as suggested as it give a nice crunch to the roll. Be sure to grease the wax paper with plenty of veg. shortening and most diffinitely use a smooth cotton T-towel dusted with powder sugar to prevent cake from sticking. This would make a nice gift to bring to a party. Can always trust a Libby's recipe. Thank you

This is a very yummy receipe and easy to make. To help lower the fat/calorie intake, I used fat free cream cheese. I also used a cookie sheet instead of buying a jelly pan (or whatever the receipe called for). The cream cheese mixture was too thick for spreading, so I added a splash of milk to help thin it out some.

Delicious!! but i have to say that i didnt care for any cloves in the recipe. The flavor was little too intense for me but overall, the cake turned out wonderful and sooo easy to make. i did add a whole teaspoon of cinnamon and some pumpkin pie spice.

I've never made any kind of "roll" dessert, but this picture looked so good I decided to try it. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I substituted some of the ingredients to make a vegan version - Tofutti Better than Cream Cheese, Ener-G Egg Replacer - it baked just fine and was delicious!

My friend made this off the back of the Libby's can label. All I can say is WOW! This was the best thing I had ever eaten. I had to go home and make it myself. I am making it again for a guest this weekend.

Easy and Fabulously Delicious! This is always a hit for the holidays! I make it EVERY year and EVERY year it is a hit. It's not as hard as it looks, at first I was kind of skeptical in preparing because it looks a little complicated. Follow the recipe closely and it'll be fine.

the taste was 5 Star all the way.. but even after following all the suggestions for rolling, my cake still split, didn't roll very tight, etc. again though.. the taste was FABULOUS and far outweighed the looks! I'm sure it's all in my technique, and not the fault of the recipe.
