I had some buttermilk that needed to be used up and found this easy dressing recipe. I had to fiddle with the quantity of the ingredients just a bit to get exactly what I wanted but it's very tasty and I will use it again. Thanks for sharing Jean!

Sweet, tangy dressing - next time I'll cut back on the sugar. This was great over cucumbers. Very simple and can be easily modified with fresh dill or garlic.

This is great!!! Made it several times already. Used splenda granulated to replace sugar and romaine lettuce leaves. Can't get enough of it. Thanks.

I really loved this dressing and it was a great way to use up my buttermilk. Like Granny, I too cut back on the sugar and added some dill. I also sprinkled in a bit of garlic and onion powders. Nice and light and perfect for a warm summer day. Thanks Jean! Gorgeous pic, btw!

Very tasty dressing. I used 1/2 the sugar and 1/2 the vinegar (balsamic) due to personal preference and added a dash of dill weed and 1 tsp parm cheese. I had never thought about using a coleslaw-type dressing on lettuce, and it was very refreshing and provided a nice taste contrast to Dad's Best Burgers and Au Gratin Potatoes II, both from this site. Thanks for sharing, Jean.
