Original Recipe Yield 3 - 4 dozen
 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions

  1. Cream together the sugar and the butter. Add in eggs.
  2. In another bowl, mix baking soda and flour. Add to sugar mixture. Add sour cream. Mix well.
  3. Drop by teaspoonful on to a greased cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 12-15 minutes.
