I love how fast and easy this recipe is. It doesn't reheat well, however.

Pretty good, not too difficult. We added broccoli to make it a bit more hearty and cut back on the soy sauce.

This was great to make on a hot summer day and surprisingly good. I used julienned carrots instead of bell pepper, did'nt have any, added fresh cracked pepper, used 2 cloves minced garlic, 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper. I had to microwave my shrimp 4 minutes instead of 2. I would probably make this again maybe with low sodium soy sauce because it was really salty. So fast and easy.

Made this tonight for the family. Found the soy sauce over powering not letting the lemon into the flavor. Tupperwared most of it and made easy mac for the kids. Gonna take some tinkering to get this on my "meal" list

Made this last night and it was wonderful. For garlic lovers, I'd suggest doubling the garlic as it can kind of get lost in everything else. I think next time I'll substitue half the chicken broth with white wine, but there will definitely be a next time for this dish!!

Great recipe! Made some modifications only cause I can't help myself :O Added some minced ginger, couple of Tblsp OJ concentrate, red pepper flakes, and lemon pepper, but this was the foundation recipe I was looking for and it is much appreciated. Thanks!
