Very nice flavour after adding he juice of a whole fresh squeezed lemon. Without thy juice it my have been a little dry. Beautiful presentation using jumbo parchment muffin cups. If I were to make again I'd add the zest of 2 lemons instead of one.

Love love love these! I noticed that people had posted that the lemon was quite faint so I did what 'Traci's Kitchen' did with the yogurt (added one tsp lemon extract to plain yogurt) and then after I mixed everything I still wasn't getting enough lemon so I added just a squeeze of a fresh cut lemon slice. And I made these as 6 jumboes instead of regular sized. But wow are they tastey and the lemon is so refreshing with that tangy raspberry!! OH man everyone loves these! Thank you sooo much!!

Made this recipe for a work function and everyone loved it. Multiple requests for the recipe! Not overly sweet, so it's a refreshing change from most muffins.

Yum! I forgot to buy yogurt and only had half cup sour cream on hand--added a little milk and lemon juice to make it a full cup, and added an extra tsp. of lemon peel as others mentioned the lemon flavor didn't come through. I loved that this recipe didn't use cinnamon like so many others because I think it overpowers the berry flavor...

I didn't read the reviews before I made these, and I was expected more lemon flavor. Now that I read the other two reviews, I see its not just me. That said, it was a very light, airy muffin that had a great consistency. Loved the raspberries. I think I may play with the recipe more to give it more flavor.

Yum!.. Since lminer said they weren't very lemony I added a tsp of lemon extract to my plain yogurt (what I had) along with the lemon zest!.. Still could have used more lemon imo. They were moist, light and delicious! Some family members complained about the seeds in the respberries but oh well!.. Thanks!

These are very pretty muffins, but not very lemony. Maybe it is the brand of yogurt I used, but either way next time I will add lemon extract or lemon juice.
