Well, I didn't use this on lamb--used it on pork chops. I like lamb, but hubs hates it, so I've learned to just sub . . .and this worked out incredibly well. I tend not to make huge amounts of meat, so I just scaled it down and used enough for four pork chops. Nice taste, if I could, I'd use lamb, but it works well on pork. Would also work well on chicken. I added garlic and fried on the stove top. Thanks for the recipe!
