Super yummy. I only made the dressing and added it to a spinach bistro salad. Making your own dressing is super easy and much cheaper than bottled.

I only made the dressing from this recipe and used it on a nicoise salad. It was very understated and let the tastes of the salad through perfectly.

This was really good. I cut the amount of oil in half because we don't like oily dressing.

I am rating this five stars for the same reason as others may rate it much less. If, like me, you like your salad dressings light and refreshing, and that only complement the salad rather than taking it over, then you will agree with me this salad and dressing is perfect and delicious. If, however, you like a more boldy flavored salad dressing, this will not appeal to you. This has a hint of lemon and dill that works very nicely with the other ingredients in the salad and is a lighter alternative to heavier, creamy, spicy or tangy dressings. Boston lettuce not being available, I simply used Romaine and added hard boiled egg, sliced avocado and grilled shrimp for a healthy, nutritious, deliciously satisfying main dish salad.

This easy salad was both beautiful and delicious. The lemon vinaigrette is so fresh and light, and it suits the Boston lettuce perfectly. I will be making this again and would not change a thing. Thanks!

This was a very quick and easy green salad to go along with a pasta dish I was making for company. The end result was delicious and simple; exactly what I was looking for.

An excellent lemon dressing that I was looking for. I made a rice salad with diced cooked chicken breasts, cooled brown rice, celery, green onions, cherry tomatoes-cut. Yum!

It was okay, but was much heavier than I had hoped for. I wouldn't make it again.

Loved this! I made no changes, the lemon and dill are perfect. I made this for an all lemon dinner party and it was a hit! Definately go for the boston lettuce if you can, it doesn't wilt as quickly with the dressing on it.
