A tasty and fast way to prepare chicken, and I love that the ingredients are all things I tend to have lying around anyway. Next time, I'll add a bit more pepper (possibly some white pepper, too) and serve the chicken with rice pilaf and grilled veggies (tomatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms).

Nothing spectacular. Needs to have a stronger flavour.

This is a great recipe but i wanted a thicker consistency so I added a little cream to the sauce which made it perfect. I also substituted rosemary for the thyme and was very happy with the result.

I liked this dish, but I thought it was too lemony. If I make this again I would try using 2tbs. of lemon and add some extra salt to the sauce too.

Delicious recipe! I only had lime on hand so I used that in lieu of the lemon. Very good! When I have lemon on hand, I'll definitely be making this recipe again.

This was great because it was easy, tasty, and my husband raved. This is something I'll definitely make again. Two thumbs up.

Great recipe! I followed this recipe to a "T"(ingredients) and it was so flavorful, the chicked was moist and juicy, it was cooked perfectly. One little thing I did do differently was I did not cook the chicken all the way, just a few minutes on each side to brown it. I then placed the chicked back into the skillet after I thickened the sauce, covered it and brought it back up to a boil. Let it simmer for about 5-7 min. to finish cooking the chicken in the sauce, and to let the sauce thicken. Served over a bed of rice. Definetly a keeper! Thank you :)

Way to much onion for my children. I loved it will make again with less onion for the family.

The recipe was good but there was way too much lemmon for my liking! Will probably try again with less lemmon.

As the reviewer above writes, DO NOT DISCARD THE FLOUR MIXTURE! This is the same recipe that my mom has used for years! It is excellent, easy, and makes great leftovers (if there are any!). My mom only browns the chicken, then makes the sauce, then puts the chicken back in the sauce and covers the skillet to finish cooking the chicken, turning once. She then takes the chicken out again, and uses one of the three Tablespoons of lemon juice to mix in the sauce at the very end. Delicious!

This was really great and easy. Everyone in my family was able to eat it, because the chicken without the sauce was very delicious too, and kid-friendly. My only hiccups were that I forgot to reserve some flour mixture for the sauce, therefore I had to make more, and then the sauce came out too salty. The salt was probably because I used dehydrated chicken boullion with water instead of typical canned broth. But despite those two cook's errors, the recipe was really easy to follow and came out exactly as planned. Yum! A definite weeknight do-again.
