This cake was great! I didn't make the frosting because it sounded too sweet. Instead, I used store bought cream cheese frosting. I know that makes it less healthy, but it sure tasted good! I also topped the whole cake with raspberries and some mint for a garnish. I made this as a birthday cake and everyone loved it.

This was a total crowd pleaser at work! I made it for a coworker's birtday and she loved it! the only thing I did different is I added a bit more milk to the frosting to make it a bit runny so it dribbled over the edges of the cake. Delicious!!!

Was an EXCELLENT cake. Raspberry and lemon was an awesome mix. Everyone I gave some to, loved it. Only thing I would change in the future was the frosting, I might use store frosting instead. Was VERY sweet, could taste the confectioners sugar and got hard quick. But overall, the cake was perfect. Thank you very much!
