Lemon Pineapple Pie

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a medium bowl, combine pineapple with juice, pudding mix, and sour cream. Mix well and spoon into graham cracker crust. Chill before serving.
