I really enjoyed this recipe! When I first tried it, it was good, but tasted like it needed something, so I tried adding a sprinkle of parmesan...it was excellent! Also, I did use fresh basil.

Really good...I made broiled scallops and added them...it makes a refreshing seafood and pasta salad for a lazy summer day!

I served this with cajun chicken and the flavors complimented each other well. I did add some garlic salt, but very little. I could see where some people would prefer more salt though. I will use this recipe again maybe next time I will add some fresh chopped plum tomatos.

Basil overkill! I would definitely recommend even less than the half I used, and possibly adding some garlic salt.

This is a fantastic and versatile side dish. We ate it with seared scallops in wine sauce, but it would be good with just about any kind of meat that has a little sauce to it. We used a good extra-virgin olive oil, fresh basil, and a decent dose of kosher salt with this (the salt is essential!)
