I followed the recipe exactly and it was okay, not great. It turned gray which was off putting. There was a nice, mild lemon flavor but it just wasn't as good as I hoped it would be.

I liked this recipe, it went really well with my recipe for lemon chicken. I did change a few things. Instead of chicken broth I used organic vegetable broth. I also doubled the butter, doubled the pecans, and added light brown sugar. With my alterations it had a tart lemon taste mixed with a sweet buttery flavor. I will be making this again. My way!
