This ice cream recipe was yummy. I cut the sugar down to 2 cups and added a bit more lemon juice than the recipe called for because I wanted it tart. It didn't set up as well as I would have liked. Next time, I might add more gelatin.

I had a son who wanted homemade lemon ice cream for his birthday and this was the one that I decided to try. It worked out really well, has a nice tang without being too strong. A nice treat.
