I love this recipe! This is my "go-to" grilled chicken recipe.... Sometimes I use fresh chopped basil for the thyme. Sometimes I use lime instead of lemon. Always delicious!

i loved the tangy taste on the chicken! i made 5 drumsticks and marinated for 9 hours then i basted them at the last 10 min. this was really good. i will absolutely make this again.=)

really great but don't poor the the sauce over the chicken or it will be very tangy if you put to much lemon in it. simple and easy my 11 year old daughter can cook it!

I made something similar to this last night using fresh rosemary, thyme and parsley all chopped, about a 1/2 cup of fresh squeezed lemon juice, fresh chopped garlic, olive oil and tons of kosher salt and pepper. I marinated three chicken breasts and grilled them. It was excellent; very fresh, light tasting and perfect for summer. My husband loved it.

The flavour of this was good but the chicken was not as tender as I expected. I didn't grill it, I ust browned it in the frying pan so maybe that was the problem. thanks for the recipe.

This recipe makes good grilled chicken right off the grill or later on salads. I use boneless skinless breasts so I only marinate for about 2 hours to keep it from being too overpowering. This is one of my husband’s favorite chicken dinners. Thanks! Loren

I made this with fettucine alfredo for Valentine's Day. Surprisingly, it came out great (aside from my overcooking it by accident) but we loved the flavor so much we're marinating the chicken as I'm typing this and trying it with baked potatoes and green beans. Simple and healthy! Perfect for our new lifestyle!

I did like this, but I could have used stronger flavors. It just wasn't lemony enough for me. But everyone else seemed to love it, and one person asked for the recipe. We used it on boneless, skinless breasts.

This made a very good marinade. Things I did differently: 1) I added .5 Tbs of crushed reds for zing and 2) I only marinated the chicken for 5 hours since I was using boneless, skinless breasts. It was a bit overpowering since I used the breasts instead of skin-on pieces. I will only marinate for about 2 hours in the future.

This was very moist, but I was disappointed that we couldn't taste the flavors better. Will try again when I can grill it instead of baking. Rain the day of a dinner party changed plans a bit.

This chicken was amazing! It's really easy, and so delicious! I marinated it for almost 20 hours and it was so tender, nobody could get enough! I will definitely make this a lot!
