Add 1 teaspoon tarragon and replace vegetable oil with olive oil for 5 stars! (Olive oil is not only ever so much more healthy but it's much better tasting as well).

very yummy! our family likes garlic & onion so i marinated for over 24 hours and actually made a fresh batch of marinade to baste when cooking. it turned out soooo good!

good chicken, i might make it again. i added the juice and zest of 2 key limes, in addition to the 1/2 cup lemon juice. i omitted the onion & garlic, and added some fresh rosemary, some garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper and crushed red pepper. it had a little heat to it. i marinated 3 breasts in the marinade for 4 hours. it was fork tender and moist.

I love this recipe! This is my "go-to" grilled chicken recipe.... Sometimes I use fresh chopped basil for the thyme. Sometimes I use lime instead of lemon. Always delicious!

i loved the tangy taste on the chicken! i made 5 drumsticks and marinated for 9 hours then i basted them at the last 10 min. this was really good. i will absolutely make this again.=)

really great but don't poor the the sauce over the chicken or it will be very tangy if you put to much lemon in it. simple and easy my 11 year old daughter can cook it!
