Yum! This was so simple and very light and refreshing. I sauteed my garlic in the butter and then added the lemon juice and parsley to make sauce. I poured some of it over the fish before cooking and then drizzled the rest over this fish after I took it out of the oven. I cooked my fish at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and they came out perfect. This made a wonderful meal served with Roasted Potatoes with Greens (from this site).

Very yummy! I think I might increase the lemon and the garlic next time, as well as saute the garlic. But it's a great base recipe for a classic idea!

The flavor was good, but I followed the recipe exactly and it was over cooked at 30 minutes. Next time, I'll follow the review recommendations and go for 10-15 minutes, but still a good recipe!

This dish turned out fantastic! I took the suggestion of other reviewers and sauteed the garlic, butter and parsley before I drizzled it on the talapia. I also increased the amount of butter and garlic I used. I LIGHTLY seasoned both sides with salt, pepper, Old Bay seafood seasoning & paprika before adding the sauce. Baked for 15 minutes at 325 degrees. My husband raved about how it was the best fish I've ever made and it tasted like a restaurant-prepared dish. Served with fresh green beans and a vegetable lasagna. Thanks for the recipe. Will definately make again!

This tasted wonderful. My husband turned to me and said, "Honey, this is delicious fish" - and he can be a hard one to please. Even my 2 year old son ate his entire portion and asked for more "ish" I followed the suggestions of others and sauted the ingredients and then poured that over the fish. I cooked it for 20 min. at 375 degrees. This will now be part of our regular meal rotation.

This is a very light and fresh dish! I followed some of the other recommendations: sauteed the garlic in the butter before pouring over the fish, and only needed to bake it for 13 minutes. I also placed a slice of lemon over each filet. Very moist!

Delicious and low calorie! I used oregano instead of parsley and threw some plain bread crumbs on... so good!

super easy and super quick. i used both parsley and dill, and as per recommendations i sauteed the garlic in the butter before pouring it on the fish. also, 30 minutes is definitely too long - mine comes out flaky and tender after about 10-15 minutes.

My family LOVES Tilapia (our substitute for both Flounder fillets and Scallops, both of which are too expensive for us these days). I USED to egg batter and bread my fish fillets before either frying or baking them. But this recipe put an end to that! DELICIOUS as presented. But also REALLY good when braised (in either vegetable or chicken broth) with recommended seasonings (plus a sprinkling of paprika) and adorned with slices of tomato. Served with a "green" (I usually use Spinach, but Kale or Escarole work well, too) and over rice or Cheesy Polenta (a recipe I found here on AllRecipes) and, in my opinion, this is a dinner that can be served to royalty!

I also recommend not to bake so long. I baked the fish for about 15 mins and it came out great.Must say it was the easiest and quickest meal i have ever made!

Very good! I melted butter/olive oil mixture with chopped garlic and let it sit for awhile to soften and to infuse the flavor of the garlic before adding to the fish. And, added the bread crumbs. Yum!

I tried the recipe twice. Once as per the orignal recipe and another using some modifications that readers made. I like things with more kick so I used 3 cloves of garlic, more pepper, and some hot pepper. It definately helped with more zest.

Loved the flavor this added to my fish. I have used it for Tilapia and Halibut so far. Delish! I did cut back on the lemon slightly and increased the butter slightly. I also seasoning each side of the fillet with dash. Yum!

Okay... made this at a dinner party w/ other entrees. Half and half around the table. Half of the guests said it was very good and light tasting and brought out a nice flavor in the fish. Other half said boring, no flavor, needs more to it.
