Loved these! I didn't have a grill so I wrapped some mushrooms in a foil pocket, poured on the oil mixture, closed up and threw in the oven. They turned out great and it was so easy!!

This was ok. I am a big mushroom fan so I was excited to try something different. Its WAAAY too cold up here to grill so I took another person's advice and tried them in the oven. They might be much better on the grill but the one problem I found in the oven was the juices from basting along with the natural cooking juices made my mushrooms a little too soggy. The taste was also a little too lemony! I will probably make this again when in a rush for a side dish. It was definately a quick easy dish to make! Thanks

These were great on the grill, and while lately too cold to grill outside, I roasted them in the oven and they were still amazing. Thanks for this delightful way to eat my favorite mushrooms.

What's not ot love. One of my favorite ingredients...mushrooms. It was simple and wonderful. It will now be a staple when grilling.
