I would advise steaming the green beans for a bit before following the directions for the recipe. They tasted great but I think they would be even better if they were a little softer.

Simple is the way to go sometimes! The lemon juice wasn't overpowering and the garlic was great in this! Thanks!

We absolutely loved these. I used butter instead of olive oil but that was the only change I made. The kids especially loved these--they cleaned their plates of all green beans!

This is a winner! Made a few changes to make things easier - 1. I left them whole. 2. Microwave green beans first (microwave safe bowl with plastic wrap tightly over the top) for 3-5 minutes. 3. Used chicken broth to keep it moist rather than adding more oil. :)

This tasted great. I think I added too much olive oil so I'll stick closer to the recipe next time (I had a small pool left over). The flovors were great although I doubled the garlic because we're garlic lovers.
