Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In a large nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, cook the garlic in oil over medium heat for 30 seconds. Add the beans; cook and stir for 10-13 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in the lemon juice, pepper and salt.
