I use one cup plain FF yogurt, one cup FF sour cream and SF instant lemon pudding. I keep everything the same. Noone I serve this to can tell it's low in fat. It never fails to disappear.

Mmmmm! Made this for my fruit tray and it was fabulous. Because we are lemon-lovers, I added a bit of Watkins Lemon Extract. Will definitely make again; nice change from the usual cream cheese dip.
