I made this for company, substituting fresh broccoli for the asparagus. It was a huge hit, and I will make it again, playing around with different vegetables.

This was delish. I added a layer of cooked brown rice between the asparagus and chicken to make it a more complete meal and thinned out the sauce with a cup of chicken broth. SO good. Thanks for the recipe!

This turned out great. I did however dilute the soup with a little milk to thin out the sauce. I also added my husbands favourite hot sauce to the mix. Adding the hot sauce gives the entire recipe the kick that it needs.

We really enjoyed this recipe. I used the plain yogurt as suggested by another reviewer, some extra lemon peel, lemon grass, and mushrooms. I also cooked the recipe a bit differently. I sauteed the chicken and then added the sauce mixture and simmered. I steamed the mushrooms and asparagus separately and then mixed in with chicken just prior to serving. My husband stated "This one is a keeper."

Wonderful! I tweaked a few things... --Used haricots verts instead of asparagus (2 12oz bags) --Used sour cream instead of mayo --Used cream of mushroom instead of cream of chicken --topped with panko bread crumbs instead of almonds --doubled the curry (we love curry) Great base recipe--thanks!!!

My family loved this recipe and will be made over and over again. Substituted plain yogurt for mayonaise. Less fatand calories and tasted great. Increased the curry and nexttime will add mushrooms and maybe some green and red bell peppers

Very, very tasty. My husband and I both really enjoyed the flavor, felt it wasn't too heavy. Only reason I didn't rate it five stars is I felt hungry shortly after eating it. I made this dinner again, but left the chicken breast whole, served it over white rice, with a side of asparagus and then added the sauce and almonds. It's definitatley something I'll make again and again.
