Wonderful & refreshing! My aunt had given me a very similar recipe, so I made slight changes to the recipe posted here. I added the chopped pecans to the flour & butter mixture and I used 3 cups of cold milk. Also, I increased the crust recipe, using 2 cups flour, 1 cup chopped pecans, 2 cups MELTED butter. Thanks for posting this Eleanor. Its a great dessert.
