This was one of my favorite pasta dishes. I followed exactly EXCEPT I used frest chicken tenders; less chopping. I squirted almost two lemons on it and put in a ziplock to marinate for an hour. I added a drained can of artichoke hearts and baked as posted. Follow the pasta directions exactly but I ended up adding a little more broth than called for a little less time cooking maybe 20 min. It was really good and got rave reviews at my house.

Quick and easy. To save on dishes and time, I just sauteed the chicken with the spices in the same pot I made the sauce in. It was a great switch up from the usual pasta dishes we have here. Definitely want to try it with red peppers next.

I believe you have to truly follow this recipe as written to fully be able to grade it. Super easy, time effective, flavorful, and EVERYBODY loved it!! I loved how the pasta is cooked and you really can not grasp the flavor of it all unless you follow the directions. Cooking the chicken ahead with out the seasoning, or trying to saute it on the stove top risks both the flavor and the moisture of the chicken. Five stars from this mom & hostess.

Despite all the rave reviews, i found this to be boring. Thats not to say that this was bad because we finished it but it definitely wasnt creamy enough and was lacking some kind of veggie. I followed the recipe exactly. Average at best.

I enjoyed this recipe. I think next time I will add some veggies in with it as suggested by other reveiws. I had to get a bit creative with cooking the pasta. My family is GF, so I used spelt pasta. The spelt pasta is more delicate and could not stand up to the 25 minutes of cooking. So, I scooped it out earlier than that. Other than that I followed everything as written. Maybe some brocoli next time.

This was sooo....Good! WOW! Our family loved this! Used Lemon Juice only (had No Lemons) Used half & half (instead of heavy cream). Also used some fresh garlic on chicken. I think this would be good with broccoli in it too. I think I will try that next time.

I used fettuccine. I love the way the pasta absorbs the lemon/chicken broth flavors. Except for the lemon zest, I followed the recipe exactly. I will def. make again.

This recipe is so refreshing. The lemon flavor is just right (although I must confess that my husband and I LOVE lemons). I have cooked this twice now, the first time as it is written. The second time I replaced the heavy cream with crumbled goat cheese. It gave it a tangier flavor, plus saved a few calories along the way. Very tasty!

Very Very good. The only thing I did different was, I omitted the lemon zest and sprinkled a little cayenne pepper for spice.

Nice and easy, delicately flavored dish. I used light cream and penne, because that's what I had on hand. A little fresh parmesan on top didn't hurt!
