This is the perfect quick side dish! I opted to saute veggies in butter (instead of olive oil), as directed. I love butter and it was so worth the extra fat! In fact, I might use more next time! I had some leftover yellow squash and zucchini, so I used them together. Perhaps this was a little more than 1 small zucchini. For my personal taste, I had to add just a small pinch more of dill and probably another whole teaspoon of lemon juice.

Followed recipe as stated but used fresh corn off the cob. Dish smelled so good while it was cooking and tasted great. Loved it.

This was delicious. I can't give five stars though because instead of dill (didn't have any) I used one clove of garlic. It was delicious! Lemon and garlic mixed perfectly with the veggies! Also used corn fresh off the cob.

Omitted the corn and it was fabulous! I like corn but it just seemed like it would be better without it and I really enjoyed this dish. Thanks

This is a good summer side dish. I used a little olive oil in stead of butter, added extra dill and added a little crushed red pepper.

Not bad. Needs more dill if using fresh. Fast, easy and only dirties one dish.

This is a very good recipe that I will be using a lot. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I felt the lemon was too overpowering in the recipe. Next time I make this I will cut the lemon juice in half. But this is a very yummy, healthy side dish.

Wow, this was great! I didn't have fresh lemon juice on hand, so I just used some lemon grass paste that I had and it worked out well. Restaurant quality side. Make extra!

Quick, simple, and super tasty! I used fresh baby Dill, since we had it on hand - so I doubled the amount. Paired it with a Dill Cream Sauce Chicken on this site and it was phenomenal! (Used Gardein Chick'n Scallopini patties, since we are vegetarians.)

We all really liked this one. It is the first time I've gotten my family to eat Zucchini that wasn't fried and they loved it. I too chunked my zucchini and I added a bit more onions. Next time I think I might add a bit more zucchini since they took to it so well.
