This was nice and different. I followed it exactly but it was quite chewy. Like, pull out your cavity chewy. I like my popcorn soft or chrunchy. Anything in between is too much work on your mouth lol. This was super sweet and sugary but has a nice lemony flavor. I liked it but I wont make it again. I think Im gonna try the Cinnamon Popcorn II recipe and maybe melt crushed up lemon heads instead of red hots. That sounds much easier.
