Absolutely loved this recipe. Easy to make. I doubled the sauce as we like it with potatoes or rice. I also used thin sliced chicken instead of whole chicken breasts. DIVINE!!

Just finished the Lemon chicken Piccata, and we all loved it. I was little concered that the lemon flavor would be to strong. But it was just right. The only thing I did different was to add some mushrooms that I had on hand. Will absolutely be making this again.

Great recipe. I nearly followed it to a tee. I found that the sauce wasn't thickening, so I added a slurry of 1 tbsp of corn starch+1 tbsp of cold water. This thickened the sauce up a bit too much though. I also found it to be a bit too sour. I added a couple tablespoons of chicken broth, which thinned out the sauce and also made the lemon less overpowering. Definitely taste test the sauce before serving! If it's too tart, add some broth or white wine, little by little. Overall, this was delicious though!

Very tasty and easy to make. Doubled sauce and added a bit of white wine as needed to keep sauce thin enough at the end. Served over plain while rice with green beans.. Very good!

This is a scrumptious chicken dish, and not difficult to make. Love, love the lemony caper sauce! Had veal piccata at a fabulous local Italian bisto here, and I have to admit, that mine was better using this recipe! At least my husband thought so! Thanks for sharing it!

This recipe is awesome!!!! I used white wine instead of chicken broth and 2 cloves of garlic, and it was perfect! My only regret is that I should've doubled the sauce because it was sooooo delicious!
