I liked these bars! They were a little on the dry side, but I didn't mind because the taste made up for it. Instead of the lemon extract the recipe calls for, I used 1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice. Along with that I added a little bit of the lemon zest. I also slightly underbaked them - pulling them out at 21 minutes,to help cut down on the dryness. They tasted real "lemony", yet not tart at all. Vey simple to make and I will definetly make them again!
