Boring and bland, it didn't taste like anything. I added extra garlic and lemon and nothing. Kept the leftovers and will most likely throw some alfredo or something on it so as not to waste, won't bother with this again. Sorry.

I didn't make this exactly the way it said, but I used all of the ingredients. I pre-boiled the broccoli. Then I boiled the noodles in the broth/lemon/spices mixture. I let the mixture reduce a bit before adding the sour cream. I might try adding chicken next time, but it was a filling meal without it. I loved this!

Nice fresh taste, a good light meal. I did as other reviewers advised, and added more lemon juice (fresh!) and more garlic. I look forward to trying it with chicken added as others mention.

Pretty bland. If I make this again, I'd add much more lemon and garlic powder.

It turned out so pretty I really had high hopes. I did everything as stated in the recipe. However I was sorely disappointed with the flavor. I really don't think it would have made a big difference to just boil the noodles in water for one, their wasn't any noticeable flavor added. The broccoli turned out way to mushy for my taste, in my opinon it should be added after the noodles have cooked for a bit. And I really did not enjoy the sour cream sauce at all. The only reason it gets three stars from me is because my boyfriend did enjoy it so that is the middle of the road rating. I seriously doubt I'll ever make this again though.

YUM!!!! This was great -- my 11 year old son loved it too! I used fresh squeezed lemons. When I make this recipe in the future, which will be a lot, I will use less sour cream - less than 1/2 a cup.

Very quick and simple-to-fix light and healthy supper. I cooked the broccoli in chicken broth, and added about twice as much lemon juice as the recipe calls for, so have to say I was disappointed that the pasta didn't have more flavor. When I reheated the leftovers, I added some creamy Italian dressing, and along with lots of parm cheese, that was the flavor I was looking for.

Very easy and quick. I made some changes...I used 2 veggie bouillons in about 4.5 cups of salted water. I also used a clove of garlic grated along with lime zest (I had no lemons). I used egg noodles and I reserved some of the cooking liquid (2/3 cup) right before I drained everything. I then put it all back in the pot, added the liquid, let sit for a minute or so and then added sour cream. I topped with parmesan and some more lime zest. Very good!!!

Very good, I used this as a side dish and wished afterwards that I had made more. I left out the lemon peel because my husband doesn't like it and used lemon juice instead. I will be making it again.

Very good, flexible recipe. I had to substitute based on what I had on hand: beef broth, water, chicken bouillon, whole grain elbow pasta. I used 1 whole lemon, juiced (no peel). Added sauteed chicken breast, 1/3 container lite veggie cream cheese, a little sour cream (what I had on hand), parmesan, oregano. Delicious. Even my 2- and 4-year olds loved it!

Really enjoyed this very ez and tasty recipe. I didn't have cans of chicken broth so I used what I had on hand, "Better Than Bouillon" to make a broth. A great side dish with the veggie in it!! Thanks

I screwed up and just cooked the pasta and broccoli in water, so I mixed up a little boullion and water and lemon/garlic powder and pepper, and poured that into the pasta, putting it on low a few minutes so some evaoprated... and then added the sour cream. Still tastes really good, I can only imagine the flavour would be better if I hadn't messed up. :) Definately a keeper!
