Really enjoyed this very ez and tasty recipe. I didn't have cans of chicken broth so I used what I had on hand, "Better Than Bouillon" to make a broth. A great side dish with the veggie in it!! Thanks

Very easy and quick. I made some changes...I used 2 veggie bouillons in about 4.5 cups of salted water. I also used a clove of garlic grated along with lime zest (I had no lemons). I used egg noodles and I reserved some of the cooking liquid (2/3 cup) right before I drained everything. I added the liquid, let sit for a minute or so and then added sour cream. I topped with parmesan and some more lime zest. Very good!!!

I screwed up and just cooked the pasta and broccoli in water, so I mixed up a little boullion and water and lemon/garlic powder and pepper, and poured that into the pasta, putting it on low a few minutes so some evaoprated... and then added the sour cream. Still tastes really good, I can only imagine the flavour would be better if I hadn't messed up. :) Definately a keeper!

Very quick and simple-to-fix light and healthy supper. I cooked the broccoli in chicken broth, and added about twice as much lemon juice as the recipe calls for, so have to say I was disappointed that the pasta didn't have more flavor. When I reheated the leftovers, I added some creamy Italian dressing, and along with lots of parm cheese, that was the flavor I was looking for.

Very good, I used this as a side dish and wished afterwards that I had made more. I left out the lemon peel because my husband doesn't like it and used lemon juice instead. I will be making it again.
