1 (18 ounce) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sugar
1 (6 ounce) container lemon yogurt
2 cups fresh blueberries

DIRECTIONS
Press cookie dough onto an ungreased 12-in. pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; stir in yogurt. Spread over crust to within 1/2 in. of edges. Sprinkle with blueberries. Cut into wedges. Refrigerate leftovers.

I made this for a bridal shower. It was really good! Lots of compliments! Light and summery. Instead of a pizza pan, I used a disposable baking sheet, so that I didn't have to remember to bring any thing home with me. :) Because I used the baking sheet, the sugar cookie crust was pretty thin, but it worked fine. I also added yellow food coloring to the cream cheese/yogurt mixture. The contrast of the lemony yellow with the blueberries was quite appealing. VERY EASY & QUICK!!
