We enjoy this light dessert in the summer. We put the blueberry mixture into a graham cracker crust and serve as a pie. Yum..

Easy and good - maybe it was just the brand of yogurt I used, but the lemon flavor was very light. I ended up using 2 containers of yogurt and some lemon extract I had.
