Pretty good. I used baby carrots instead to save time. I will probably up the seasoning amount next time. Thanks for the yummy recipe :).

This is indeed an easy to make and flavourful way to prepare carrots. It was a real hit in my house. The only modification I made to the recipe was to use 1 tsp of fresh chopped basil for the dried. Great recipe Donna.
