Very good, quick and easy. I had ground turkey and at 5pm I wasn't sure what to make for dinner. I found this recipe and loved that I had everything in my pantry that I needed to make it. I prepared it almost exactly as described except I added peas for color and when it came time to add the paprika I used Emeril's Original Essence to give it kick it up a bit. My very picky husband went back for seconds so I know this recipe is a keeper. Thanks!

This is rated as written. I, like others, modified a little. I will take others suggestions and next time add some peas.

This was a great base recipe! I gave it four stars because like most reviewers suggested, I had to add some things. This is a quick and easy meal for weeknights. In a skillet I cooked 1/2 a small white onion and 2 cloves of garlic in a couple of tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (I enjoy the flavor better than vegetable oil). Once soft, I added the ground turkey (I buy the leanest kind, so there isn't much to drain). Once the turkey was cooked all the way, I added a can of cream of mushroom soup, some chicken broth, black pepper, a tiny bit of salt, parsley, rosemary, and thyme. I didn't have any paprika.

This was yummy! I ended up lightly browning half a chopped onion and a 2 tsp. garlic, mixing in milk instead of water, adding a diced bell pepper (for a little color and crunch) and about a cup of sour cream. I also made this with corkscrew pasta. Filling and yummy!

This was great. I first cooked a large onion and lots of chopped garlic then added the Turkey, yum! I think that made it a 5 to me. My kids (4 & 5) and husband loved it. I served it over egg noodles!

Wonderful recipe. I use 2 tablespoons on freshly diced onion in place of minced onion. One time when I made this, I substituted 4 oz. of sour cream and a few splashes of chicken broth. I used just a tad of cornstarch and water to thicken the sauce to my desired consistancy. The family loves it!

I took the advice of some of the other reviewers and added 1 whole onion diced, minced garlic, sliced baby portabello mushrooms, and a bag of frozen peas to the ground turkey mixture while cooking. I also made 12 oz. of Whole Wheat Egg Noodles, changed out the full fat cream of mushroom to fat free, added a can of fat free cream of chicken and about 4 Tablespoons of low fat sour cream. I also used chicken broth in the place of the water. My boyfriend loved this and it made 6 servings. Enough for left overs to take to work:-)

We have made this at least a dozen times and it is always a hit with my husband. Depending on our tastes that day, we will follow the recipe exactly or add more garlic, onion, etc. The taste comes from the mushroom soup and bouillon, so don't leave it out. For a quick stroganoff, I definitely give this five stars!

I make this for my family all the time, they love it. I've added mushrooms and peas or other veggies I have in the house. It is a great way to disguise veggies. My kids really like this one.

I didn't use the bouillon as my husband had a heart attack at 49- gotta watch sodium these days. Used less sodium chicken broth instead and would put more garlic, onion, etc...into it. I am making it again tonight for supper. I also sub the Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom soup for the regular and add a rinsed and chopped can of sliced shrooms.

I had to make a coupe of changes due to what I didn't have available. I browned the turkey, drained it, and poured the soup (I used cream of mushroom and roasted garlic) over the turkey with a can of mushrooms. I added chicken broth in place of the water and a small amount of butter and sour cream, some cayenne pepper and paprika. We added more sour cream to taste upon serving. Great recipe! My husband had seconds - we will use it again! :) Thanks a lot!

This was pretty good, used the suggestions of others and added garlic powder, fresh mushrooms, chicken broth instead of water, sherry, frozen peas and a little gravy master for seasoning and to give it a more appetizing color. :)

I'm giving this 3 stars based on the original recipe. After tasting it, I had to doctor the recipe to get my husband to eat it. I also added onions, garlic, chicken broth and sour cream to the mixture. At the end, I still wasnt satisfied so I threw in a handful of fresh bacon bits. That did the trick! After all the extras, I would give this a 4 star. Its still not a favorite.

Good recipe after making some changes. This is a great lower calorie and lower fat recipe for stroganoff. I used chix broth instead of the water and added fresh minced garlic. It is an absolute MUST to add light sour cream about 5 minutes before serving. It makes a HUGE difference. My hubby loved it and I'm sure I'll be making it again

This recipe is a great idea and tastes great. Ground turkey is a great ground beef substitute, it sacrifices very little taste and gets rid of a lot of calories. I cooked the recipe exactly like it said and had no troubles.
