I am giving this 5 stars because I thought this was a great recipe to make when you are in a hurry to make something for dinner and have little time. It was fast and easy and you can add other items to it, such as mushrooms. We had enough for leftovers the next day too and since I was playing tennis 2 days in a row, this was a great recipe to come home too and not worry about what to make. Thanks!

Awesome! Loved this meal. After reading the different reviews, I cooked my turkey with onion salt and garlic powder. Then I added a half container of sour cream and a can of drained peas and mushrooms. My husband loved it! This meal is being added to the rotation!

Pretty good... though not spectacular. I made it because it was the only recipe for ground turkey that I had all of the ingredients for. It was very quick and easy to make and my family liked it. I put some spinach in mine for a little more nutrition and flavor. I think a tablespoon of paprika was a little was too much and it was kind of overpowering. I will add less the next time. Overall this was good and I will probably make it again.

Kind of bland, I added spices and mushrooms as well as a lot of pepper. With the modifications my husband enjoyed it.

I used some of the tips provided by other reveiwers, but still thought this meal was bland. I added shallots, garlic, thyme and salt. My husband liked it, after he nearly emptied the pepper shaker on it. I might use this as a base recipe in the future, but it's just as likely I'll find another stroganoff recipe to work from.

I am a Bona-fide Lazy girl and I APPROVE of this recipe!!!! I did add the sour cream plus a little chicken broth. My husband made three trips back for more which is RARE for my cooking. Thank you, HeyMomma, for this wonderful recipe!

Easy to make. Tasted great. Used half & half instead of water. Added garlic and more onion, a can of mushrooms and a can of baby peas. My husband added tabasco to his plate and I added Maggi liquid seasoning to my plate. We both like it and I will make it again. Thanks for the recipe.

I did not care for this recipe as-is at all. Even implementing some of the modifications recommended by other reviewers I would give it a three at best. It beats Hamburger Helper, but that's about it.

My husband loves stroganoff, but I have never attempted to make it. This was super easy and even my picky kids ate it. This recipe is a definite keeper for my family!

I have been using this recipe for about 3 yrs now and it started off as my "learning" base for making stroganoff since my b/f loves it and I had never made it. I've since learned what I like and don't like and how to make it my own, but this is definitely a great stroganoff recipe in a pinch! To make it a little more "special" consider using cubed steak, carmelized onions, sauted mushrooms, and some sour cream ... I use all of these and just add to the existing main ingredients in this recipe, it's become one of our favorite dishes!

Good. Like others I added minced garlic while cooking and sour cream at the end. I also used 1 1/2 cans cream of chicken & mushroom soup and 3/4 cup water.

Easy 'nuf for a weeknight. I took others' reviews into consideration...added paprika and cayenne pepper, and then peas to bring it to life.

This was good but not great; easy recipe if you don't have time to put time and effort into a dish. I took other's advice and added fresh mushrooms.

Everyone loved it!! I added milk instead of water and took the advice of others and added sour cream and a little of red crushed pepper flakes. And I mixed in peas so the kids would eat there vegi's and they have no choice when mixed into the meal. We all ended up having seconds!! This is def a keeper!!!
