This was so easy and good. Made for a pot luck at work and everyone just loved it. Will make again Christmas.

I gave this a shot, and it turned out great! It cooked itself! I used fresh cranberries and a high-quality orange juice. After a bit of cooling, it turned into a great dish with a little bit of jelling. The best part was allowing it to cook while I was doing all the rest of my Thanksgiving prep work. I will be making this again next year for sure.

This may very well be the best cranberry Relish I have ever had, especially considering the fact that I made it! I believe the slow cooker is what yield the robust flavor of the cranberry. It is very sweet, but you can dial back the sugar for a those that desire. My mom thought it was to sweet, but loved it the next morning on a biscuit. Great recipe!!
