Something about the word "salad" being in the title of this is just wrong! It was really good, but more like a dessert. I would definitely make it again, but not for a side dish! Thanks for sharing!

I used mangos (peaches weren't in season), strawberries, kiwi, blueberries & raspberries. I used heavy whipping cream (added 1 tsp of vanilla) and whipped it into the consistency of whipped topping and then added the cream cheese/sugar mixture. It turned out amazing.

I took this to a potluck and it was completely gone in 30 minutes! Everyone loved it! I like that you can use any fruit you want.

I made this for my family's Thanksgiving dinner and everybody loved it. I used caned oranges and pineapples instead of fresh peaches because of the season. I also layered everything twice, so that there was a whipping cream layer in the middle and at the top. I also drizzle walnuts on the top. So good!

Fresh, easy and colorful - I brought this to a co-workers luncheon. Everybody loved it. I used canned peaches because fresh wasn't in season. I did keep the pecans in a separate bowl with it's own spoon out of consideration for those with allergies.

I loved the concept of a layered fruit salad and I incorporated some of my own fruit choices. I'll definitely make this again. Thanks! :)

I wanted something quick and easy to make that was also healthy for my workout class' summer BBQ. This was a big hit! I used bananas on bottom, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, seedless green/red grapes, royal gala apple (peeled) and kiwi on top. I took someone else's suggestion and used honey instead of icing sugar. It was a delicious guilt free dessert to have on a sunny summer afternoon.

This recipe was so good! I used canned peaches because fresh peaches aren't in season. The rest of the recipe followed exactly. I made it the night before for my church's Easter lunch and it was devoured. Thanks for so such a yummy, easy fruit salad.

I used this recipe but changed it up and used strawberries, bannanas, green seedless grapes, cherries and oranges! Instead of layering I just mixed it all up this is very good! Also I used instead of the cream cheese I used Neufchatel cheese just as good and 1/2 the fat! YUMMY!!
