I'm not giving the recipe a 5 star, but the 'idea' of the recipe definitely gets 5 stars. I didn't follow the recipe exactly. I went to the grocery store and picked out tons of fruit that I like (peaches, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, grapes, kiwi, and bananas) then chopped them and layered them in a dish, then covered with the cream cheese/whipped cream mixture. I didn't add nuts though, in case someone was allergic to them. But the dish was licked clean before any other fruit dish that was brought to the pot luck. So this is a keeper! People liked the layered idea I think, and ALL the variety of fruit.
