My daughter & her boyfriend made this for friends & family after midnight service on Christmas Eve last year. We have now declared it our new Christmas tradition! Yummy - very rich but Yummy!

We all liked this a lot. I made the mistake of cutting it in large wedges, but it was too rich for more than a thin slice. I also used Goya canned Dulce Le Leche, and just microwaved it a bit to make it spread better. The only other changes I made was that I froze it overnight. It was very easy to make, and I think we'll have it again as the kids really liked it. Thanks!

I had a very hard time finding white chocolate pudding (tried 3 different grocery stores). I didn't think that regular chocolate pudding would look as appealing, so I used french vanilla. It was for a Mexican themed party. Many people tried it, and said that they liked it; but it didn't all go by the end of the night. So I would call it good, but not wonderful.

Made this tonight and it was super simple but good. I used more than 12 wafers for each layer, probably close to around 15 or so, making sure there was a wafer covering the whole surface. I also used the can dulce de leche and ended up having to kind of spread it on the wafers. Overall a good and tasty cool treat

I substituted the authentic Dulce de Leche (made by Goya) for the caramel topping and vanilla pudding for the white chocolate. Dulce le leche is a little less sweet than carmel but very rich and a huge hit!

This is a great desert. I tweeked it a little to make it a little less fattening. I used sugar free pudding mixes and Light Cool Whip. I beefed it up by adding a layer Light Dulce de Leche ice cream (Haagen Daaz, 1 pint minus a few spoonfuls :D) in between the two pudding layers. I think it needs to thaw for more than 15 mins, because my guests were practically chewing on ice when I first served it to them. Other than that, great recipe!
