Fantastic and easy! In order to make them for a HS graduation for my cousin, I made them in an aluminum-lined cupcake wrapper. For 1 recipe of the jello filling, it makes exactly 17 of them and since they freeze before serving, making them ahead of time is wonderful. To make sure I portioned out the jello correctly, I used a medium size scoop/portion tool (it's like a mini ice-cream scoop). Fabulous, thanks you so much!

It looks rich but instead is light and smooth dessert. I used pound cake instead of wafers and lightly sprinkled pound cake with cinnamon. Also I fried strips of flour tortilla then coated them with cinnamon and sugar and used this as a garnish.

This was very simple to make and assemble. It was kind of difficult to cut through without making a complete mess of the layers, but that didn't effect the taste. The whole family, especially my husband, really liked this dessert.

This dessert is wonderful! I live in the bush of Alaska, so getting the right ingredients is always a challenge. I got "no sugar" added pudding and low fat cool whip, but decided to give it a try anyway. The Elder group I served it to loved it, and the fact that it was low fat/sugar was a bonus. This is on the menu now anytime we serve Mexican food.

I made this for a business lunch and everyone really enjoyed it! I have made it 4 times since them and the only changes I have ever done is getting reduced fat nilla wafers or sugar free toppings or pudding for my diabetic friends. Either way it always comes out yummy! :)

Made this for a birthday. Turned out well. Slice up the extra pieces and freeze for easy access.

I made this for my mom and she loved it! I used a mix of vanilla pudding and white chocolate, which are her two favorite flavors. The spreading was difficult in the beginning but it turned out great anyways!
