The only reason I am giving this 2 stars is because the ease of preperation. This was not appetizing at all. After 2 hours in the oven, the ground beef was almost black and crunchy. The veggies were still hard. I had to throw the whole casserole away.

This is a terrific recipe. A good change from the standard every day recipes that I always use. I didn't really measure anything but I kept all of the same ingredients. Will make again.
