This was delicious. I decided to make the whole box of noodles though, so had to scale accordingly. We had some for dinner and I popped the other pan in the freezer for next time! I used italian sausages instead of the ground beef and spiced everything to my familys tastes. This recipe was a great starting point for something I had never made before. Thanks!

This is soo soo delicious. It bakes quickly and is super easy to make. I use ricotta cheese instead of cottage cheese. And I have even substituted a pre-made spaghetti sauce instead of making my own sauce - when I'm in a hurry. Either way, this is just to die for. Love it!

Its so nice to finally be able to make lasagna for just my husband and I! This wasn't anything really fancy, but it was definitely good. I was unable to find a small can of crushed tomatoes so I just used the big 28 oz can. I did add some more seasonings to the filling and the sauce (garlic powder, Italian seasoning, basil), but that was really the only thing that I changed about this.

Tasty, but I'm not sure it's worth the rolling time instead of just using the quicker traditional layers. Definitely don't try to roll up anything hot in the noodles - just slides right out. Fun to try something new at least.

These were alright. There are some changes that need to be made to this recipe to really make it a 4 or 5 star dish. I will be making this again, and i'll let you know what changes I make to it

My boyfriend LOVES Lasagna but I have never made it nor do I really like the idea of how messy it can be. SO, I made these for him and it's now one of his tops recipes "That he askes for" There are many good things about this recipe: Unlike reg. lasagna - you don't have to worry about trying to get them out of the pan while also trying to keep all layers and filling together. They are easy to freeze for left-over nights. They are kinda time consuming to make but at the same time, I find them fun and a good recipes for the kids to help you with. The only thing I changed about this recipe was: I utilized Ricotta Cheese instead of Cottage Cheese and due to the Meat absorbing alot of my sauce off the bottom, I don't combine them but instead layer them allowing for more sauce. This recipe is now a household fav. and my brother has even claimed it as his birthday dinner request! Thanks so much for this wonderful recipe!

This was easy for a week night dinner. We liked it pretty good but next time I will double the cheese mixture using a ricotta instead of cottage cheese, add some garlic powder and use a 3 or 4 cheese mix containing Romano cheese.

I used ricotta cheese in place of the cottage cheese. I took off the foil the last 15 min of baking to let the cheese turn golden. Great recipe.

This is so much easier and faster than traditional lasagna, but tastes just as good. (Simple to modify for personal preference, too.) Thanks for the idea!

Easy to make, sauce delicious, but the filling was very bland. Nobody, except me, liked it, thus the reason for the 3 stars. I always make a recipe as stated the first time. I will definitely try this again, but with more seasoning to the filling.

This dish really surprised me because while I was making it I was a bit worried it would taste bland. I was very pleasantly surprised! The cayenne does a lot. The only thing I changed was using diced tomatoes
